History: Tulsa Dynaspan, Inc. is one of the twelve subsidiaries of The Monarch Cement Company, Humboldt, Kansas. The company was founded in 1980 to supply prestressed concrete hollowcore slabs. In 1981, Arrow Concrete was started as a ready-mix concrete supplier, and was merged into Tulsa Dynaspan while retaining the Arrow name as a division.

Starting in the mid 1980's the company began diversifying its products and services into all types of precast/prestressed components, cast-in-place concrete construction, concrete and asphalt paving, and building erection services. By the end of the 1990's the company had evolved into a leading value-added provider of products and services in the precast/prestressed and cast-in-place concrete industries.

Construction/Contracting Resources: The paving division has served as prime contractor for both concrete and asphalt streets in over 150 residential subdivisions in the Tulsa area.

The building erection division utilizes several company cranes to erect, weld, and grout building superstructures constructed of precast/prestressed concrete, structural steel, tilt-up concrete panels, and standing seam metal roofs. By providing complete structures rather than just supplying components; we are able to deliver more complete services to our customers and employ the many capabilities and economies of precast and cast-in-place concrete to the fullest extent. Tulsa Dynaspan is a licensed contractor with The State of Oklahoma D.O.T., City of Tulsa and State of Arkansas.
